I realised on thing, in the attention world, it doesn’t matter if you are consistent with building in public or active in social media.
If you have built something that’s big, you will have people’s attention.
Best example is new CEO of Apple joining X or Virat Kohli joining LinkedIn
GenZs are problem to every existing government. They demand the government to actually work and doesn't really care about government's stupid agendas that are not action focused.

We used to treat more tests as the best practice. AI made tests nearly free to write, so we generated them in volumes we never could by hand.
But test count stopped being a proxy for quality the moment writing them got cheap. The cost moved to CI time and maintenance.
What matters now isn't how many tests you have, but how much signal each one gives you.
