P7 have written their own Christmas stories and have brought them to life for the P3s using puppets.
Captivated today by the beautiful and funny performance of ‘Four Go Wild In Wellies’. Smiles and giggles all round. Huge thanks to @IndepenDance_1 and @tiss_scotland!
P4b had a great trip to the City Art Centre @EdinCulture today - we saw the Ron O'Donnell Photography exhibition, learnt to use a 'viewfinder' to make collages and enjoyed finding places we recognised in Paul Duke's photos of Muirhouse. Thanks Hannah and the Team!
From P1 to P7, we were busy planting a new hedge today. We can't wait to see the Crab Apple, Dog Rose, Dogwood, Hawthorn and Hazel seedlings grow! @WoodlandTrust @QGCanopy
Primary 3 had a lovely afternoon, sharing their learning with parents and carers for Scottish Book Week. 📖
For Dyslexia Awareness week, p3 have been focussing on understanding syllables and rhyme. We have explored their use in poetry and discussed how they can be used to help with spelling.
This week in P2b we have been learning about dyslexia. We learned that being dyslexic just means your brain learns things in a different way. We challenged ourselves to learn our letters in a different way. We had lots of fun! #DAWScott22
P3c had a great time today playing with robots. Thank you @spartans_youth for the fabulous input!
Enjoying getting to meet a real live author this morning thanks to @scottishbktrust. @fowler_aisling inspiring lots of ideas for our own characters, monsters and adventures…
