Chicken adobo has been a huge part of my life since childhood. I’ve had so many versions in both North America and the Philippines—there’s no one “true” standard, just a lot of amazing variations.
I’ve been making it for friends and family since I was 12, and I still bring it to
every pop-up or event in some way.
This version is a mash-up of four of the best adobos I’ve ever tried, built to make your lunch that much better. Braised 2½ hours low and slow with two types of soy sauce and coconut milk, served with garlic fried rice and an onion-cabbage slaw
for brightness 🇵🇭

You know I had to bring back the Cali Burrito 🍟🌯 This burrito was always a @FlipSigi favorite not only because it’s delicious—but because it reminds me of some of the best bites of my teenage years growing up in Manhattan Beach, CA! This one has tender pork belly adobo with
