Does that make it so that you don't want to organize anything illegal or confidential with that person later? Maybe, although I think a certain amount of coercion will break almost anyone, no matter their commitment. But thats different than like not a prisoner.

At the end of the day, the main lesson from the past few years for me is that it's become time to really arbitrate what is worth being arrested for. A lot of the actions happening probably don't rise to the level.
