Doesn’t make sense really 🤔 Releasing thousands who have had proper sentences, leaving out the forgotten Ipps who have done 5f times over there minimal sentences and then building new prisons? Have I missed something?

Amazing interview, very heartfelt Imprisoned for stealing a mobile phone? You wouldn’t even get locked up now.. so why is he still in?
Thomas's sister explains that he's spent 14 years in prison for stealing a mobile phone, and he's still inside.

This torchure must end!
The IPP scheme was abolished in 2012, but those already serving prison time on it were not released automatically. Sky's Frazer Maude speaks to former prison inmate Aaron Graham who was on an IPP sentence which lasted two decades. trib.al/Y5dqWBQ

The Gate They opened the gate and called it freedom. But freedom isn’t a key when your mind is still locked inside. I walked into the world carrying years they couldn’t see fear in my chest, silence in my voice, and a lifetime of surviving. I asked for help no one came

Recalled on IPP back into prison for no crime..?, this needs to stop NOW Sanctions in the community would be more effective! We’ve lost the plot here it’s ludicrous and not needed. Whilst Places are needed for the real criminals, what’s your thoughts @JamesTCobbler

So while this man isn’t a risk to the public? our loved ones are rotting in jail “unreleased “ on ipp for committing no crimes and are described as a danger to the public via the media and on paper, all because YOU made a mistake ?

Please sign this petition and stop more trauma caused by the horrific IPP sentence. Sheldon has been in the UK since he was a child. Now he faces deportation to a country where he has no links. Together let’s end the injustice of IPP. change.org/p/stop-the-unjust…
