I don't even know what the solution is. Last year McVay pulled the plug on his kicker and on his special teams coordinator, hired a "respected" one this offseason, and it's somehow every bit as bad if not worse.
What's the answer? Is there one? This is crazy.

Kids sports are out of control…
2 of my kids have mandatory practices in the middle of the day today (a holiday).
I was recently talking to a PE guy who bought a large kids’ sports club. At one of their meetings they basically discussed how much more money they can get out of parents before they revolt. The conclusion was a lot more….but how they did was important - optional (pay separately) training days, additional tiers of teams, hiring high school coaches to add more pressure to join, etc
Club sports are the worst…mostly about the money. Not kids
