Today in Gaza, the bodies of 108 members of the Abu Sharia family were recovered from beneath the rubble. Around 100 others are still buried there—mothers, fathers, children, and entire branches of one family erased. Silence in the face of such horror is complicity.

I rarely write here anymore. Maybe I’ve lost faith in a world that watches innocent people die and entire families be wiped out in Gaza, day after day, and still does nothing. Silence in the face of injustice is not neutrality. #Silence_is_complicity

1000 days of genocidal war on Gaza. Gaza still bleeds: 73K killed, 174K injured, 21K children killed, 40/40 hospitals targeted, and 1.97 million people facing acute food insecurity. These are not just numbers. They are lives, families, and a health system systematically destroyed

Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya is not an isolated case. He is among at least 14 Palestinian doctors from Gaza who were abducted by the Israeli military and remain held in Israeli prisons without formal charges.

Only 840 patients have been allowed to leave Gaza for treatment since the ceasefire began 8n Oct. 2025. Over 20k patients are still waiting. Many have been awaiting security approvals for more than two months. Every delay is pain, deterioration, and sometimes death.

🚨Today, Gaza bids farewell to Dr. Jamal Naim , one of its most respected dentists, academics, and mentors. A former Dean of Dentistry at the University of Palestine, founder of Gaza’s largest dental center, and a graduate of Germany specializing in oral surgery and orthodontics, he dedicated his life to serving his people despite countless opportunities abroad. But the war took from him what no one can replace. An Israeli airstrike on his family’s shelter in Deir al-Balah killed three of his daughters two of them among Gaza’s most promising young dentists ,along with his daughter, his three grandchildren, the youngest only four months old, and his mother. The loss shattered him. Day after day, he mourned them publicly, sharing their memories and grief with the world. Even during his two year battle with cancer, his greatest hope was to recover and return to Gaza to continue serving the community he loved. Today, he joins the family he never stopped mourning.
Israel massacred women and children in an air attack on the homes of Dr Fadel Naim's family members in Deir El Balah. Dr. Samaah Naim and her 9 month daughter Lara and her 3 year son Taiseer. 15 year Batoul. Asmaa's daughters, Lea (3 years) and Rema (1 year).

The fascist nature of the Israeli occupation is exposed once again as Israeli officials publicly celebrate the humiliation of activists aboard the Gaza flotilla. This is part of a wider policy targeting civilians, humanitarian workers, and medical teams in Gaza.

“Gaza: Doctors Under Attack” the documentary the BBC refused to air has now won a BAFTA award. The film documents attacks on Gaza’s healthcare workers and hospitals through the testimonies of doctors who lived it. Truth can be delayed, but not buried. youtu.be/voTkIeRnwS0?si=-Ie5…

“Without essential equipment, we can’t save patients” 🚨Dr. Fadil Naim links Gaza’s collapsing healthcare system to the urgent mission of the Sumud Fleet Gaza’s healthcare system is on the brink of total collapse. Dr. Fadil Naim @fnaim65 , Director of Al-Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza, alongside Dr. Ali Alghaliz from Al-Shifa Hospital, warns that basic diagnostic and treatment tools are no longer functional. Critical devices like MRI are unavailable, making life-saving surgeries in severe trauma cases extremely risky and increasing the likelihood of death or permanent disability. From 38 fully equipped hospitals before the war, only around 10 remain operational today, all with severely limited capacity and resources. The crisis extends beyond emergency care. Patients with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes are being deprived of essential treatment. More than 400 kidney failure patients have already died due to the disruption of dialysis services. In this context, the Sumud Fleet is not just aid, it is a lifeline. By delivering urgently needed medical supplies and healthcare personnel, it offers a chance to restore some capacity and support overwhelmed medical teams on the ground. This is a human rights and medical ethics emergency. The international community must act now: support the Sumud Fleet @gbsumudflotilla , lift the blockade, and help save lives.

In a matter of weeks, Palestinian detainees have reportedly been reduced to near-skeletal conditions. As you view these images, consider this contrast: this is the same military often described by U.S. officials as “among the most moral in the world.”
