Dear @Eurostar @EurostarUK you should be fined for not respecting Covid Rules. I have to sit now for 2 hours on the floor cause my train has no social distancing and people not wearing their masks! I want a refund, now. Not tomorrow, now.
@eurostar @EurostarUK Thank God to your fantastic train manager from the 9114. He has accommodated me. He is a star. Not travelling on the floor. Give him a pay rise! Bring back the +/- 10 trains per day.
