I replaced Smartlead, Instantly, HeyReach, Gojiberry, Zapmail with one tool I built.
ACA. Everything you need to run outbound:
📡 Intent signals (find people who are buying now, not just on a list)
🧲 Lead magnets (capture page, instant delivery, straight into a sequence)
✉️ Cold email sequences
💼 LinkedIn outreach
🌐 Domains and mailboxes
📥 One inbox for every reply
🤖 Autopilot replies
🔥 Warmup and deliverability guardrails
And it's not a dinosaur tool:
+ No seat tax. Add as many people as you want
+ No AI credits. Bring your own keys and pay the model providers directly
+ It's agentic. Everything in the UI is available to your AI, through MCP or the CLI
You pay for the infrastructure you use, not for the number of logins.
Claude is the interface now.
The dashboard is just where the data lives.
I put the full setup in a free playbook: 100+ actions, 20+ prompts, 4 workflows and the 5-minute setup.
Reply CLAUDE and I'll send it.
Reposts get priority ♻️
I've been digging into this for the past few days, and I'm not convinced.
Historical data is finite and much of it comes from outdated practices. SOPs evolve, workflows change, and old data becomes less relevant, and now faster than ever.
I think we're about to see a new wave of startups collecting first-party, human-generated data and feeding it to AI labs in real time.
The business model won't be subscriptions.
It'll be monetizing the data humans generate, with AI labs and training companies footing the bill.
Data brokers are now buying up SaaS data sets for anywhere from $100K to $2M
SaaS are struggling now and some extra money to fill the gap by declining revenues is nice
That data is then re-sold to AI training companies and AI frontier labs for the exact purpose of integrating whatever that SaaS did into the AI frontier lab's app
Pretty obvious to see where this is going
I have a "dead" startup.
A food safety and workplace compliance app.
I closed a round of fundind just the day before COVID lockdown.
Wasn't easy to sale stuff to restaurants and food businesses at the time :-(
Anyway, the SaaS landscape is changing and I see what could be an opportunity.
> Revive the app, make it free (might be a bit of ads), resell data like traceability, workplace efficiency, compliance ect.. to frontier AI labs as learning material
This is first hand important data, and could truly have an impact.
Good idea or bad idea?
Don't brag about it.
We have learned it with @Anthropic's start up program.
If this has too much success, they could take it back.

Most agencies sell “website audits” nobody asked for.
I built a system that sends the fix before you even ask.
Businesses are pouring money into ads right now. Every day.
And sending that traffic to funnels that leak.
Slow pages. Weak headlines. No offer. No follow-up. No review flow. Missed calls going to voicemail.
They’re paying to fill a bucket with holes in it.
So I automated the whole thing:
> Grok bot finds businesses actively advertising
> Audits their site on 10 points that kill conversion rates
> Checks if the ads and the landing page actually match
If it finds issues, the system:
> Finds the decision maker's contact details
> Claude builds a new conversion-optimized funnel (strategist, copywriter, offer maker, designer, builder, editor skills)
> Plus ads, pre-appointment, post-appointment, SMS and emails, review collector, DBR and missed call text back
> Emails the audit AND the new funnel via ACA
Read that again.
Not “here’s what’s wrong with your site, book a call.”
Here’s what’s wrong.
Here’s the fix.
Already built.
That’s the difference between a cold email and a gift.
And the targeting is the unfair part.
Active ad spend = budget exists + pain is live + they care about results TODAY.
This is what outbound looks like now.
Signal → audit → deliverable → inbox.
Zero humans in the loop until someone replies.
I’m thinking about open sourcing the whole thing.
If this post hits 200 comments, I’ll release it.
Comment “FUNNEL” and I’ll send you a real audit + the funnel it built while you wait.
I am building that:

SaaS is not dead...
Just going to get a lot lot lot harder for those who don't have proprietary data or hold the customers by the balls.
En 6 mois, on a supprimé presque 200k€ de licences SaaS chez nous en les remplaçant par nos propres systèmes IA.
Réinjectés en acquisition (ROAS 5+), ces 200k€ deviennent potentiellement +1M€ de croissance.
• calendly : 7200€ / an
• Make : 20000€ / an
• Google : 24000€ / an
• Airtable : 3600€ / an
• Typeform : 3000€ / an
La liste est encore longue…
Et toi l'IA t'as fait économiser combien dans ton business cette année ?
True, nothing is ever "dead", but close to dead!
Nothing is ever really "dead" even once it's functionally replaced by something better.
One example: physical newspapers from 1980 to 2026.
Down massively, yes, but still not dead!
Newsagents in the UK still make the majority of their rev from papers.

Hey @sarahzorah, submitted my application last Thursday and just checking in! Is there anything else needed on my end to help move things along?
Thanks so much!
To win the race, AI labs need to:
> Make the model extremely good at 3D and motion design
> Benchmaax the shit out of it
That's how everyone on X judges models, apparently.
Is Muse Wonder full better than opus 5.5?
I gave them the same prompt
goal is to build me a triple aaa level lawn mower simulator i can drink beer and smoke a cigar.
Api equivalent cost :
muse - $4.11
opus - $99.43
It is very clear that muse is not anywhere near close to frontier in 3d tasks like video games, or even printable cad designs.
Even scarier is it burned my $50 plan spending $4.11 in api equivalent tokens.
wut?!
i had to upgrade to $200 plan to finish this run.
SaaS is NOT dead. It's changing and the subscription model is about to get massively disrupted.
Companies will build "custom SaaS" around whatever controls the data.
Distribution or third party software subscription will be not be needed.
People are saying that vibe coding is hoax and 99% of those apps will never have a customer.
That's true, but the vast majority of these new type of SaaS won't need any costumers at all.
People will still agree to these terms without team plan and API credits benefits?
- §2.4 Anthropic "may develop similar or competitive technology"
- §2.4 permits reuse, for any purpose, of general ideas, know-how and techniques remembered by personnel looking at your data
- §D.4 prohibits accessing their services to build competing products or services
- §F.1 allows them to retain and perform safety reviews, superseding ZDR
- §6 permits changes to the addendum at any time without notice or liability
We didn’t anticipate the demand for the Claude Startups program. In the first 48 hours of the program, we received 21x the number of applications compared to the last 5 months it’s been live.
We let way too many people in this time, so we’ll need to pause on giving out the Team plan and API credits benefits. The other benefits (Startup Stack, Applied AI office hours/events) will remain. If you’ve already claimed the Claude offers, they’ll still remain in your account.
We didn’t properly tune the acceptance criteria at the start, and many non-startups were accepted this time around. We’re fixing this now. We’re sending an email now to everybody who hasn’t claimed their benefits yet, and will re-verify those applications so we can keep Claude Startups for startups 🙏
