The new UX is for agents.
Apple will fail because Siri sucks, yes, but more so they will fail if they refrain from adding first party APIs to read and write into their walled garden. Agents want APIs. Computer use is great but inefficient. Even at Digital Optimus levels of ability (graphic bit stream in, digital control stream out, as opposed to screenshot, act, screenshot act).
The people writing the Roadster thrusters off as a novelty are the same ones who treat “clean air” as a permanent entitlement instead of a temporary boundary condition.
Cold-gas RCS with closed-loop 6DOF control and IMU-vision fusion is the minimum viable system for nulling residual velocity on a body where escape velocity is centimeters per second and wheeled contact generates a fatal dust plume.
Earth’s surface pressure is not a design requirement that lasts forever.
The ones who hate the hardware specifically because it has Elon’s name on it are arguing we should optimize for the current atmosphere indefinitely. That’s not environmentalism. That’s cope.
We have eliminated pull requests in our workflows completely. It’s a remnant of a bygone era. Prove me wrong.

At the 31st IAOPA World Assembly, representatives from 23 nations shared ideas, learned from one another, worked together, and advocated for general aviation around the globe.
AOPA is honored to be a part of a global effort to protect your freedom to fly.
Today, all the bland and meaningless people are making comments on the colorful and vibrant.
You idiots can stay here. I'll go with those guys.
All this technology and I’m still just happy to have somebody who I love and who loves me.
I didn’t have it most of my life… even when I had the material stuff.
It’s connection that matters. Kindness that drives.
Delta’s CEO just told the Wall Street Journal he is not worried about skipping Starlink.
“We know what we’re doing in the space, and we’ve been the pioneer in Wi-Fi. We set that standard launching free, fast Wi-Fi that forced the industry to adopt it. We’re happy with where we sit.”
That is not a shareholder answer. That is a man grading himself on a test the market already moved past.
Free Wi-Fi in 2023 was the standard.
Low-earth-orbit Wi-Fi that actually works is the standard now. United already has Starlink on 600-plus aircraft and is aiming for the whole fleet before the end of 2027.
American, Southwest, and Alaska are installing it. Delta’s replacement, Amazon Leo, does not start going on airplanes until 2028, and the first wave is 500 jets. Under half the fleet. The pioneer is choosing to be last, on a network that is not flying yet, and calling it a plan.
Same morning, the numbers said the quiet part. First earnings miss in two years. Full-year adjusted EPS cut from $6.50–$7.50 to $5.10–$5.60. Free cash flow cut from as much as $4 billion to about $2.5 billion. Fuel up $6 billion. Premium revenue is still the bright spot, up 18% and now larger than the main cabin, with the Amex deal headed past $9 billion.
That is the customer this strategy lives on. United and American are already running status matches at that customer, with the Wi-Fi Delta will not have for two years as the bait.
Being early to free Wi-Fi does not make you early to the next product.
“We’re happy with where we sit” is what you say when you are managing the story instead of the asset.
Shareholders should not be happy with where he sits.
