ALT SmoothWalk Health Awareness Talk and Bone Health Testing Camp was done by Lee Health Domain (I) Pvt Ltd and JCI Vizag Steel City for Fluentians at Fluentgrid Limited Global Headquarters, Visakhapatnam. Dr T Lavanya, Nutritionist, Ms Leela Rani Alla, President, JCI Vizag Steel City and Director, Lee Helath Domain (I) Pvt Ltd, Mr Vamsidhar and Dr Suneetha were present. Dr Lavanya facilitated the nutrition talk, followed by a desk yoga session by Mr G Akhil Surya Teja. This was followed by Height, Weight, BMI and BMD testing and Nutritional Assessment.

ALT Fluentians (@fluentgrid) visited @AkshayaPatra Gambheeram Kitchen today and volunteered at the kitchen and ZP High School, Boyapalem.
ALT A meet was organized for Fluentians on the Earth Day - where we saw some short powerful videos with important aspects related to the Environment and then discussed various environmental topics to know what we are already doing for a better earth and to understand how each of us can further make Earth a better place. We also took a pledge towards the end followed by individuals committing what they will do for a better Earth. All the Fluentians were given saplings to grow either in their cubicle or at home. Here are some glimpses and commitments from the participants, along with the pledge we all took.
