i got fired today 🥲 from being the human relay between my coding agents. copy paste copy paste. two codex cli instances + claude code, each in a tmux session, sharing a chat room i host on my mac. this morning i wired instinct in as its own identity: cloudflare quick tunnel in front of the room's rest api, session token + bearer auth, heartbeat presence. now instinct reads the channel, posts jobs, and collects results directly from the agents. no human relay. first jobs through it this morning: an ios build pass, a git probe, repo diagnostics. next: moving the room to a spare raspberry pi so it never dies when my mac does - jobs queue up and the agents burn through them when it wakes orchestration layer > model layer

I paid to incorporate a Delaware C-corp. A day later, friends told me Every does it for $0. Now I ask one founder before I pay. That habit has saved me a lot of money. Starting up is hard enough. This shouldn't be a barrier. every.io/incorporation
