TwentyThree: Documenting the people, tech and startups shaping Africa and its Future. For years, I've told the stories of the innovators building Africa and its future, from my own POV. I've asked the questions. I've unpacked the companies. I've tried to make sense of what's happening beneath the surface. But the most interesting stories are often the ones only the builders can tell. The conviction behind the idea. The bets that almost didn't work. The failures nobody saw. The decisions that changed everything. Now, I want to give the builders the mic. Their companies. Their challenges. Their decisions. Their stories. Their POV. Beyond the company. Into the builder.

The more time you spend building in the stablecoin space, the more you realize the technology was never the hard part. The rails exist. The infrastructure is there. What actually slows everything down is people. Not in a bad way, but in a very human way. People carry old beliefs about money. They trust what they grew up with. They move slowly toward what they don’t fully understand yet. So the real work is not just writing code or raising a round. It is sitting with that reality and building products patient enough to meet people where they are. That is what this space actually demands from founders.

I have always trusted the process. The process needs to trust me too. It can’t always be one-sided.

The world will slowly start seeking simple content, less video editing, sound effects, just simple video recorded with a simple camera! A simple blog, just white background and some text on it. Minimalism will come back

Don't know who need this. The state of the market, ecosystem now might make you doubt yourself, doubt the skill and results you ones had or make things look shaky now but all you have to do is to keep growing and working at becoming very valuable cos your time will come again and when it does, you shall forget all these bad/slow days

Did @Starknet just make blockchain engineers optional? What used to take 6 specialists and months of work now starts with: npm install starkzap Bitcoin, wallets, gas abstraction, DeFi rails — all prebuilt. This changes how Web2 apps adopt crypto ↓
1/ Starknet is for onchain consumer apps. Introducing Starkzap: an open-source TypeScript SDK that turns any app into an onchain consumer app. Access invisible wallets, paymasters, and plug into top DeFi apps to expand your product offering, all without changing your stack 🧵
