New float rank tech for the skins page🤓

Float generation theory is back on the site, the UI has been revamped to hopefully make it easier to use!

With the method we found, which is correct down to the last digit testing on real trade ups with different input/output float caps this is what it would look like: World #1 Lowest (Float: None) Or First skin with a float actually outside its own float cap (0.0599999949336051)

5th lowest seed for that particular skin, comes out to a 1 in 14.3b chance!
