This is a high-ownership role: you would own the P&L for projects/US operations, work closely with our vendors and customers, and do whatever it takes to increase the volume of high-quality data we collect. We’re looking for someone who: Has excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills Can manage and scale a contributor base of thousands of people Is comfortable forecasting data demand and contributor/supply capacity Can work closely with customers and vendors to unblock operations and drive growth Is comfortable working EST/PST hours The role is based in India for now. More and more high-quality robotics datasets are being open-sourced. This is great for the field, but it also makes one thing clear: collecting raw data alone may not be enough. The interesting part will be figuring out what data actually matters for learning useful, general-purpose robot behavior.
