I loved what @t3dotchat built with their code app, but I needed deeper visibility into what my @claudeai agents are actually doing. I also wanted to spin up a team of specialist agents I could use from the CLI and from within my own app. So I built my own, considering open sourcing it tbh. Thoughts?

The industry is forever smaller because of this.
This also brings us to various factors, poor management by large businesses, poor game decisions having affects and a changing workflow paradigm - like if or not AI workflows work as long as the human is in the loop.
Smaller more agile studios will dominate over the next 10 years, creating games faster and keeping up pace with player feedback.
Committing 3/4/5 years of runway to a project with 500 people behind it will be the exception, not the rule.
Creating games people actually want to play needs to be the future, not churning out the same game every 24months with a shiny new (digital only) box cover.

My end of year project has been decided. Making custom frame for my newly obtained @KolexGG @TeamVitalityCS Showcase cards. Materials bought, just need to get 4/5 cards graded by @crowngrading.

This is why building something that a big provider doesn't have is not a good business model, in 99% of cases the big provider can just rug you by adding it in as an after thought.
Build tools that gain a user base, build something that can't just be copy pasta in a 3 day claude/codex session.
Build the things you've always wanted to build, that you dreamed of and couldn't because the resource (time/money) cost was too high.
