You, after getting spiritually and biochemically optimized.
If you have ADHD, one of the worst things you can do is goon (a kabbalistic weapon that makes you depressed and retarded). "So it's not weird that gooning dysregulates me and turns me into a rude ahole?" Maybe not. Anything that suddenly drops, depletes, or disrupts baseline dopamine will rapidly lower an ADHD individual's threshold for frustration, directly triggering severe irritability, mood slumps, and emotional volatility Biochemically speaking, irritability in individuals with ADHD is not a personality flaw. It is a direct byproduct of your neurotransmitter dysregulation and altered brain connectivity. "I thought that ADHD was just about attention/focus". No. The exact same biochemical pathways that govern focus also manage our "emotional brakes". For example, the ADHD brain is characterized by a baseline deficiency or rapid reuptake of dopamine and norepinephrine. But besides focus and alertness, these also act as chemical stabilizers for frustration. When dopamine levels are chronically low or fluctuating wildly, the brain's threshold for frustration drops significantly for example. So minor inconveniences, like a sudden interruption, a delayed task, or sensory overload, cause a rapid chemical crash, triggering an immediate, irritable "fight-or-flight" response. This is why you can be mislabeled as rude, an a-hole etc while your reactions are not targeting the person you have in front you. "So it's just about dopamine?" I wish it was that simple. In individuals with ADHD, there is an altered structural and functional connectivity between the PFC and the limbic system. The prefrontal cortex is the executive command center of the brain, responsible for self-control, logical reasoning, and overriding impulsive reactions. So without strong, catecholamine-driven signals from the PFC to dampen down an overactive amygdala, emotions surge rapidly and cool down slowly. While ADHD is most famously linked to the prefrontal cortex, abnormalities in the limbic system are also heavily linked to core symptoms like emotional dysregulation, impulsivity, and attention deficits. Think of the limbic system as our survival software. -The amygdala scans the environment for danger and processes emotional responses. -The hippocampus helps store long-term memories so the brain can remember past dangers or safe spaces -The hypothalamus manages basic needs like hunger, thirst, and body temperature. So it's crucial for homeostasis overall, reward and threat detection, memory and learning. Now in many individuals with ADHD, the amygdala shows structural differences or atypical connectivity with the rest of the brain. This can lead to "bottom-up" emotional hijacking, where feelings like frustration, impatience, or boredom are felt with extreme intensity, driving impulsive actions before the prefrontal cortex can step in to modulate them. The hippocampus is essential for contextual memory. In ADHD, alterations in this area can cause struggles with working memory (forgetting what you were doing mid-task) and "time blindness" (difficulty using past experiences to judge how long a future task will take) The limbic system is a major pathway for dopamine. In ADHD brains, a deficit in dopamine signaling makes it difficult for the thalamus to filter out irrelevant sensory data, resulting in chronic distractibility, fatigue, or low motivation. "How to fix?" There is no simple way to “fix” the limbic system. It is not a single broken part that can be repaired. It is a network of structures whose activity and connectivity can become dysregulated by chronic stress, trauma, sleep deprivation, inflammation, or other factors. Recovery and better regulation are possible because these circuits are plastic, but the process is gradual. There is a long list of things that can help. For example: -Exposure-based therapies and CBT help extinguish exaggerated fear responses by repeatedly pairing threat cues with safety in a controlled way. This strengthens prefrontal inhibition over the amygdala and builds new extinction memories. -Regular physical activity is one of the most reliable ways to support hippocampal neurogenesis. -Optimizing sleep. Chronic short or fragmented sleep amplifies amygdala reactivity and weakens prefrontal regulation. -Trauma-focused therapies (including EMDR and prolonged exposure) are particularly relevant when past trauma has left the amygdala hyper-reactive and the hippocampus less able to contextualize threats. -Regular meditation is associated with increased prefrontal and anterior cingulate thickness/activity and reduced amygdala reactivity to emotional stimuli. I think about this clip a lot...
A retired NASA engineer who had worked on the Space Shuttle program for 25 years was hired by SpaceX at age 62. He described the first week as the most disorienting experience of his professional life. At NASA, a design change required 3 meetings, 2 committees, a review board, and 6 to 18 months of documentation. At SpaceX, his new supervisor said "if it works, build it. If it doesn't, change it by Friday." He sat at his desk after the first day and called his wife. He told her he felt like a man who had been swimming with ankle weights for 25 years and someone just cut them off. He could move. He could decide. He could build something in the morning and test it in the afternoon. The constraint that he had accepted as the nature of aerospace engineering turned out to be the nature of bureaucracy. Within 6 months he had contributed to more design iterations than he had completed in his last 5 years at NASA. Not because he was working harder. Because the time between having an idea and testing the idea collapsed from months to hours. The same brain. The same knowledge. A different operating system. He described a specific moment where he proposed a modification to a Raptor engine component. At NASA, the proposal would have entered a queue. At SpaceX, the modification was machined by the end of the day and tested by the following morning. He watched his idea become a physical object in 18 hours. At NASA, 18 hours would not have been enough to schedule the first meeting to discuss whether to schedule a meeting. He told an interviewer: "I didn't get smarter when I went to SpaceX. I got faster. The intelligence was always there. The system was in the way." The difference between SpaceX and NASA is not talent. NASA has extraordinary talent. The difference is the time between a thought and a test. SpaceX compresses it. NASA elongates it. The same engineer produces 10x more at SpaceX than at NASA because the bottleneck was never the engineer. It was the meetings about the meetings about the work.

It's 2026. You are paying $6 for gas. Your dollar stretches less every year. You cannot afford a home in the town you grew up in. You were told to go to college, make 100k, invest in your 401(k), and everything will fall into place for you by the time you're 65. But we are living in a new time. The playbook we were given growing up is outdated. You SHOULD be upset. But it's up to you if you choose to REMAIN upset. Your ticket to break free from this perpetual state of financial stress is simple - you need to sell something. I don't care if it's Pokemon cards, handmade goods at a craft show, sourdough bread, feet pics - ANYTHING. And yes, here's a harsh truth - you are going to need to work more than the typical 40 hour week for a few years if you really want to be financially free. We don't get to make the rules, but we do get to make the choice to either remain a slave to this system or break free. Stop being upset, start grinding.

Seeking Alpha Alpha isn't fighting, or being a good fighter, or having a six pack, or benching 405, or owning a watch worth more than your vehicle. Smug and aloof isn't Alpha either. That's just insecurity hiding behind a thin and screamingly obvious veneer. Nothing says bitter, misogynistic, basement dwelling incelibacy like smug and aloof. We see you and women can smell it for miles. You won't find Alpha in a vial, a pill, or at a $5,000 bootcamp run by dudes who used to teach negging and sleazy PUA tricks and now sell "confidence transformation" to the same men they never actually helped get laid in the first place. Alpha is showing up exactly who you are and without any apology. It's saying what you're going to do, and then doing it relentlessly. And it's taking full responsibility, not just for your own choices and outcomes, but for anyone who has handed you the wheel and trusted you to decide for both of you. Take the lead. Own what happens next. That's it. That's Alpha.

The reason the ambitious man is so ambitious is because he is terrified of what surfaces when he stops. Work is motion motion suppresses internal noise the moment you sit still, the thing you have been outrunning soon catches up. Escapism comes in many forms

🚨A woman just said what most won't. 😳 "We need more Andrew Tates walking in society." "He changed my life. He is largely misunderstood." "Young men need a role model — and they are trying to take that role model away." "If he actually did these things they would protect him — just like they protect all the other elites." "Every woman defends him. None of them say they are victims." "I have followed him for years. I will always support him." 💀👇

Tristan is already down 6-8 lbs... "I have to wait hours for a guard to walk by. I begged for food last night. He said, "Yes, I will get you some." The guard never came back. I am starving. Joe, is this America?" 💔 P.S They are not even convicted of any crime.

I’ve been living with my friends for the last three years. Guess how many sexual crimes I’ve seen them commit? Zero. So when I say I back my brothers until the end, it’s not blind loyalty or emotion it’s based on firsthand experience. I’ve seen the lies spread. I’ve watched their names be attacked. I’ve seen slander whispered from person to person until it became accepted as fact. I’ve been there when women have come and gone. I’ve heard the conversations. I’ve seen false narratives built around them. Through all of it, they’ve stood in front of the world and maintained the same position, despite everything that’s been thrown at them. We don’t run when we’re innocent.
