फिरोजाबाद के 'ग्राम दरगाहपुर" से "बहन निशा कठेरिया" की मौत का बेहद दुखद मामला सामने आया है। सामने आए आरोपों के अनुसार, 10 वर्षीय नाबालिग बच्ची के साथ बलात्कार किया गया तथा उसके हाथ-पैर और गर्दन तोड़ने और जीभ काटने जैसी बर्बर हिंसा किए जाने की बात कही जा रही है। इन गंभीर आरोपों की तत्काल निष्पक्ष एवं उच्चस्तरीय जाँच होनी चाहिए।
@UPGovt और @Uppolice से सवाल है—बेटियों की सुरक्षा की जिम्मेदारी कौन लेगा?
हमारी माँग है कि सभी साक्ष्य सुरक्षित रखे जाएँ, मामले की निष्पक्ष जाँच हो, आरोपियों को कानून के अनुसार गिरफ्तार किया जाए और दोष सिद्ध होने पर कठोरतम वैधानिक सजा मिले। पीड़ित परिवार को सुरक्षा, कानूनी सहायता और न्याय दिलाया जाए।
बहन प्रीति कठेरिया के मामले के बाद एक और दुखद घटना को लेकर जनता के मन में गंभीर सवाल हैं। सरकार और प्रशासन को जवाबदेही तय करनी होगी।
टीम भीमसेना की स्पष्ट माँग है—न्याय में देरी नहीं, निष्पक्ष जाँच और दोषियों पर कठोर कार्रवाई हो!
