There are legitimate arguments to have about paediatric gender medicine, but you keep taking limited or uncertain evidence and turning it into sweeping claims the evidence does not support.
Gender dysphoria is not classified as a dissociative disorder. Calling it “textbook dissociation” is your interpretation, not the psychiatric diagnosis. Nor does psychiatry establish that the appropriate treatment is simply to “reconnect the patient with reality.”
Likewise, autogynephilia is a contested theory about a subset of trans women; it is not evidence that the “vast majority” of trans women are porn-driven fetishists. Pointing to provocative people on social media is not epidemiology.
On puberty blockers, there is genuine uncertainty. England no longer routinely provides them to minors because the evidence of benefit and long-term safety was judged insufficient. That deserves serious discussion. But “the evidence is weak” is not the same proposition as “we have proven these children are being sterilised.” Fertility effects depend on treatment sequence, duration and pubertal stage, which is precisely why current guidance calls for explicit fertility counselling and acknowledges that some effects remain uncertain.
Your chest-surgery statistic is broadly real: one national study estimated 1,130 adolescent chest-reconstruction encounters from 2016–2019, increasing from about 100 to 489 annually. But describing that as “nearly 1,000 young girls having healthy breasts hacked off” substitutes inflammatory language for what the paper actually studied. And the existence of surgery does not prove it has no benefit: prospective and cohort studies have found substantially reduced chest dysphoria and very low reported regret, although those studies also have important limitations.
Most importantly, statistics about educator sexual misconduct have nothing to do with whether schools should respect a transgender pupil’s name or pronouns. Linking the two through words like “grooming” does not establish causation; it simply associates transgender children and their teachers with sexual abuse without evidence.
So yes: scrutinise paediatric medicine. Demand better trials, careful assessment, fertility counselling and honest discussion of irreversible effects. I agree those questions matter. But “fetishists”, “social contagion”, “groomers” and “mutilated children” are not scientific conclusions. They are ideological conclusions wrapped around selected scientific facts

She encouraged the public to get vaccinated, saying she wanted to encourage everybody to get their shot and called those who didn’t ‘cowards’.
She rewrote her song “Jolene” as “Vaccine” while getting the injection, singing that people shouldn't hesitate.
She never commented on the phenomenon of turbo cancer

I have made an observation on the post I made regarding men’s violence against women written by Craigus McVegus on fb. It’s good commentary & calls out the shytefokery of the manosphere regarding misogyny, their ingrained violence & their lack of understanding - or rather their contributions to the toxicity that creates environments that feed violent acts against women - & indeed drives an entire movement of malevolence that is increasingly contributing to the deterioration of democracy all over the world.
Not one single male persona has attacked me regarding this post in a repost. Normally I get hate and threats shytestained from toxic knuckle draggers every chance they get.
Is this because a man wrote this insightful commentary into the toxic culture of the manosphere? It tells me a lot about their abusive comfort zone.
As a woman on social media who has an opinion - I have endured the worst possible abuse from cowards who generally hide in anonymity behind a keyboard. I have at times been threatened and stalked to the point where the police have become involved.
The worst of it has been saved for future reference and research purposes. One of the worst threats (pic below) from zekctw was taken to court by the police and the offender charged.
