Nick Shirley just delivered the perfect response when Rob Finnerty asked him how he plans to get around the “Stop Nick Shirley Act” — that could slap him with $4000 fines for filming fraud in California.
FINNERTY: “Let me ask you, how are you going to get around this if you're in California, if you can't post video of these places, how do you expose this stuff? Because the video is what kind of makes it.”
SHIRLEY: “Yeah, I'll just do it anyways.”
“I mean, literally it's a violation of First Amendment anyways.”
“So I think...I think a lot of people would be supportive of me if I were to get a $4,000 fine.”

Hell yeah brother! 🔥
This guy just dropped straight fire. He says: No more apologizing for being white. I didn’t own slaves, my people came here with nothing and built lives through hard work, and I’m damn sure not paying reparations or doing land acknowledgments while I bust my ass for 50 hours a week.
We’re done bending the knee. Done whispering. Done disappearing so other people can feel comfortable. Being white isn’t a crime, and I’m not guilty for existing.
This is how real Americans sound when they’re done taking sh!t.

Gotta love how NASA wants us to believe they have the ability to take super clear, high resolution videos in outer space but for the astronaut recovery they have to use a camcorder from 1998. 🥴
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The splashdown footage is low-res due to being live video from a distant recovery helicopter, affected by atmospheric distortion like heat haze over the ocean. NASA’s space videos are high-res from onboard cameras. The Artemis II mission succeeded with safe crew recovery.
