Families should be able to raise their children according to their religious beliefs.
But Washington is forcing all parents to make a choice:
Raise your kids according to your religious beliefs or betray your convictions to avoid losing your kids to the state.
In these cases, instead of helping parents reunite with their runaway children, the state won't even let the parents know their kids are alive.
Washington can then perform irreversible procedures to change the gender of these minors without parental consent.
Apparently, Washington state doesn’t understand that parents are responsible for the upbringing of their children—NOT the government.
The state is hiding runaway children from their parents and facilitating so-called “gender-affirming” treatment behind their backs. We are arguing a case at the U.S. Supreme Court on December 7 to protect families and children across America. We are grateful to partner with Gene Schaerr on this important case.

A Washington law allows the state to hide children from their parents if they are seeking "gender-affirming" treatment.
This law declares that parents (from any state) who object to their runaway child changing their "gender identity" are automatically treated the same as abusive and neglectful parents.
Nashville teacher Eric Rivera was removed from his first-grade classroom and threatened with termination after asking for a religious accommodation from reading same-sex marriage books. After we stepped in, the school agreed to provide a religious accommodation for Eric!
Additionally, KIPP Nashville, on its own, removed a selection of controversial books that could violate Tennessee law regarding parental consent and religious liberty.
The U.S. Supreme Court is back in session! We’re asking the Court to hear a record number of our cases this year. And we’re already scheduled to argue a case on December 7.
Be in prayer that the Court will decide to hear each of these cases.
Troy, North Carolina sent a cease-and-desist letter to True Worship Ministries demanding they stop renting an event space, because the church’s gatherings are religious.
While other organizations and businesses can use the space, the town warned that churches are not allowed in the Main Street zone.
This is wrong and unconstitutional! We sent a demand letter explaining why the town’s ordinance is unlawful. True Worship Ministries should be able to gather and worship without government interference.
The U.S. Supreme Court announced that it will hear a second First Liberty case this term!

After 40 years, it’s great to see the Ten Commandments monument return to the Kentucky State Capitol! We are honored that our Supreme Court victories have caused a monumental change in the law and enabled monuments like this one to be returned to their proper place.
New York is forcing Amish children who go to Amish schools on Amish land to be vaccinated against their family’s religious beliefs. State legislators even went as far as calling these beliefs “fake” and “garbage.”
We’re asking the U.S. Supreme Court to make it clear that New York is violating these Amish parents’ First Amendment right to raise their kids according to their religious beliefs.
Our friend and volunteer attorney Dino LaVerghetta, who President Trump nominated to be the next Ambassador to Kuwait, is a long-time warrior for religious liberty and we are proud to support him. @WhiteHouse

It’s hard to believe that the government would prevent a church from building on its own land in America. But that’s exactly what’s happening in Collier Township, Pennsylvania.
We just argued the case at a federal appeals court, so the people of Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Church can worship on their own land in peace.
Thank you for having us, @PointofViewRTS!
