The HOLY SPIRIT will get you talking about Jesus 🗣️

This last Sunday was the last official Sunday for Mt. Zion Christian Church after 52 years of ministry. 🥲🙌 Pastor Ryan Baker from FCC Moweaqua preached the final service as he had served as their youth pastor in the early 2000s. The MTZCC church family enjoyed a lunch together and heard a word from Pastor Ron Lake who served as MTZCC's first pastor. It was a sweet time of honoring the past and looking forward to their future mission as a part of our church family. We are excited to adopt the MTZCC church family with ours and look forward to our new South Campus coming in February 2027. Please be in prayer for our MTZCC friends as they transition into our church family. May we do the will of God together — reaching the southern part of Macon County. ✝️🙏

We had an amazing turnout for the Book of Revelation seminar with Matt Proctor. For those that attended, what did you learn that you didn't know before?

Remember when Matt Proctor spoke at our church this summer and shared the importance of raising the next generation to know and love the Lord? Yup, that same Matt Proctor will be here tomorrow teaching a FREE seminar on the Book of Revelation. You don't want to miss it! It's from 8:30am-12:30pm.

Last night, we hosted a worship and prayer night for those on our launch team at our upcoming South Campus. Because the building is currently under construction, folks had the opportunity to leave messages and verses on the frames. It's so moving to see how this church of faithful followers is embracing change in order to further the Gospel in the southern half of Macon County! 🙌

Calling all photographers... or those who just happened to get that perfect pic that one time 😉📸 The ACTS Part 2 booklet has been ordered, and we'll begin production on the ACTS Part 3 booklet very soon. We'd 🧡 to use photos taken by our church family to highlight the beauty of Central Illinois. Here is what we are looking for: ✅ high resolution ✅ landscape/horizontal ✅ image must be of Central Illinois (or at least somewhere in Illinois) ✅ must have some "white space/less busy space" where we can place the breath prayer ✅ no people (or must be really small/blurry so they are not identifiable) To submit your photo(s), email Crystal at [email protected] by Friday, October 2. If you are unsure if your photo will work, feel free to share it with me anyway, and I can let you know. I look forward to receiving your submissions! 🤩
