Alchemortis is the best game I've ever made and it's not even close. I am so proud of this one, and I'm really happy that you can play the demo now. Please do so if autobattlers are your thing!

Alchemortis has joined Steam Next Fest!
Two playable characters, dozens of items, artifacts and combos are waiting for you in the demo!
Skyrim stealth archer is a ubiquitous meme. Because of that, I am shocked at the seeming dearth of indie games which attempt to fulfill that fantasy. Where are the stealth archer indie games? Do I have to make it?
Fungal Shamblers are odd mushrooms with rhizomes adapted to carry them, clumsily, over terrain. Though they possess the gift of motion, they fail to respond to stimuli in the manner of the common animal.

Prepare yourself for what's coming next - use the Stronghold icon to see the next boss you'll face!

While it’s not really a tutorial I do think you learn immensely from @firebelley code reviews. They’re a bit longer, but you learn about structure in the project and code design principles. Patterns that work and patterns that will bite you in the ass. Highly recommend it
Getting close to release with Alchemortis and it feels like my backlog isn't shrinking.
This is why release dates are important. You can work endlessly without a clear goal.
Alchemortis will release on the date we have in mind, whether the backlog is empty or not!
I have 170,000 sound effects on a local drive, all of which I have the license to use. Going to quickly go through how I did it:
4. Don't underestimate the power of combining sound effects! Though your library will be huge, sometimes you won't find what you're looking for. So pop into a tool like Audacity to mix different sfx together.
5. I would be remiss if I didn't plug my own game, which uses the very SFX library mentioned in this post: store.steampowered.com/app/4…
