Today we said a fond farewell (for now) to our wonderful Year 13 cohort. A lovely morning of partying ended with an emotional assembly and a guard of honour as they left the site. We wish them all the very best of luck for their exams and their bright, shiny futures x

As always, amazing to see and gear the productive pedagogical discussions in our TALK groups this afternoon. This term's focus is effective feedback strategies and having looked at some research and @WALKTHRUs_5 strategies staff will now observe one another in coaching pairs.

Another brilliant session @FinhamParkMAT conference today was @HLHallEducation talking about creating a positive culture in our schools. Again, great opportunity to reflect on how we can support all our learners, especially those who need our help the most.

Some excellent workshops at the @FinhamParkMAT conference today. This from @drlouisenewson was so refreshing and informative on the impact of hormone imbalance both on our students and of course on us teachers.
