Our first stout drop of the season is Countless Variations—three, to be exact.
This trio continues our exploration of imperial stouts conditioned in coveted bourbon barrels without the use of adjuncts, highlighting the purest interaction between dark beer and wood.

Who want the smoke? 💨
This is PLOOM, our new foeder-aged smoked lager. In Germany, the style's called rauchbier. Amber in color, balance of rich malt and delicate smoke character, with a pleasing sweetness at the finish. Smooth flavor.

Double Sess was one of the three original beers we launched Finback with, nearly ten years ago. A Belgian-style wheat beer with ginger, Szechuan peppercorn, and chamomile, Sess was among the first recipes that we felt we nailed and conveyed what we wanted to say with our brewery.
