Holy Shit... Eyes Wide Shut camera man told Professor Simon that the theatrical release of the film was NOTHING like the film he shot. He worked with Kubrick for 4 years and NONE of that footage is in the final draft.
This is one of many insider stories that seem to confirm the original film EWS was actually about an elite pedo ring. The studio and Kubrick allegedly fought over the film after having seen an edit.
Kubrick died before the film was released and the studio re-edited it significantly before the premier.

ICE arrested our beloved professor Vahid Abedini.
He is Farzaneh Family Assistant Prof of Iranian Studies at the University of Oklahoma's @OklahomaU's Boren College of International Studies @oucis
Dr. Abedini was boarding a flight on his way to attend the Middle East Studies Association (@MESA_1966) in Washington DC when he was detained and put to jail. Nov 22.
He has been wrongfully detained because he has a valid H-1B visa —a non-immigrant work visa granted to individuals in “specialty occupations,” including higher education faculty.
We are praying for his swift release.

Media Matters reviewed episodes of Bannon’s War Room aired between November 12 and the morning of November 20 and found only a handful of brief Epstein mentions by guests, as well as one clip from a cold open. We found no references to the release of the new documents or the impending release of the full files.

I’m noticing what seems like a serious uptick in censorship of Palestinian accounts & fundraiser consolidation + vetting groups on X lately, the most recent being @ll4gaza, which seriously sucks. Their website is a great resource that displays campaigns based on need.
