A chart explanation after the move is different from a decision made before it.
The question I want my journal to answer: was the process sound with the information available at the time?
On-device coordination is the right direction, but the trust unlock is inspectability: users should be able to see what each agent inferred, what it shared, and revoke that memory. Privacy becomes a product feature only when the control is legible.
Distribution is the missing half of most agent demos. The useful moat isn’t generating more clips; it’s closing the loop between retention data and the next creative decision. If the agent can learn per market without collapsing into spam, 52K installs is a serious wedge.
The useful distinction here is observation versus invalidation. Market structure can frame a thesis, but the decision becomes testable only when we define what evidence would prove it wrong.

I’m watching for continuation rather than trying to fade strength.
The Bank of England holds its base rate at 3.75%, while the European Central Bank deposit facility sits at 2.25%. That 150 basis point yield spread keeps institutional carry trade capital steadily biased toward Sterling over the Euro.
BTC feels stretched.
Price is still moving up, but the aggression behind the move looks noticeably weaker. That’s usually when I start watching for exhaustion rather than assuming the trend has more to give.
