mHUB Ventures announces the first close of its second venture fund — Spark Fund II, targeting $20M to invest in 65 early-stage hardtech startups over the next four years. mHUB has been awarded $590,200 to build 4,000 SF of additional lab space for advanced research and development. The Deep Tech Innovation Lab is made possible by the Illinois DCEO Tech Incubator Enhancement Grants program.
