You may have seen I’ve not done much @fictionfound stuff recently. It peaked in the months building up to 2020, when the value of all my commissions and grants for the year ahead would have paid me a salary — a place to grow Found Fiction as a self-sustaining enterprise of sorts.

My Christmas Home closes today! It’s been an amazing privilege bringing to life so many festive stories from across Leeds 🎄
We filmed Christmas moments in five households — ranging from a refugee family to a student flatshare — and re-created their homes in an installation 🎥

Today we’re at @KirkgateCentre as part of Bradford Science Festival!
We’re asking “what makes you grow?” — food, exercise, love, we’ve had lots of suggestions so far…
We’ll be sharing how our tree blossoms over the course of the day 🍂

It feels good to be back at @YorkStJohn leading some seminars with @YSJWriting students.
Writing is my first love and will always be my primary way of connecting with the world — so I’m totally in my element helping the next generation develop their creative vision.
