Today, @CobhamHall and @CobhamBoarding raised funds for the charity Young Minds, who run a yearly campaign known as #HelloYellow. We wear yellow to show young people that they are not alone with their mental health. 💛 #ukboardingschool #HelloYellow2021

Sometimes distress can be overwhelming. In those moments it's a good idea for us to have something to follow and help us keep safe with some support.

For this Saturday we decided to raise awareness of the Mental Health Day in the UK & painted some rocks with lovely messages from our boarders. If you find them on our school grounds, tag us with a pic of the rock you found❣️#ukboarding #MentalHealthMatters

It is so great having our students back in school and being able to open the doors to the Wellbeing Centre again. New supplies of slime and play doh are arriving, as well as these fab new books from @nicolamorgan. They will take pride of place in the book corner
I am so excited to have been offered a place on this course for Sept. It looks like it will fit perfectly in with my job as the school MHWB Lead

Celebrating @Place2Be Children's Mental Health Week with girls sharing how they Found Their Brave and encouraging others to #FindYourBrave. Lots of information out in the Wellbeing Centre with a focus understanding common mental health issues and looking after their mental health
Excellent day's training with the @PSHEassociation today. Came away with so much to think about. Really Interesting to hear from an inspector about what ISI inspectors are looking for when they visit.
