Subject: Request for an Independent Investigation into Integrity Concerns in Turkish Football We, as football supporters, are deeply concerned about serious allegations surrounding the integrity of Turkish football. There have been allegations involving referees and football officials participating in illegal betting activities and possible match manipulation. Recent investigations and arrests involving individuals connected to Turkish football have further increased public concerns about whether the existing mechanisms are sufficient to protect the integrity of the game. We are also concerned about allegations involving officials and representatives connected to Galatasaray and claims relating to illegal betting and money laundering. Regardless of the identity or affiliation of any individual or club, we believe that all such allegations must be investigated equally, transparently and independently. We are not asking UEFA to prejudge any individual, club or institution. We are asking UEFA to examine the available evidence, cooperate with the relevant authorities and determine whether UEFA regulations, integrity standards or sporting principles have been violated. Turkish football needs a clean and transparent investigation into allegations of: • Match-fixing and manipulation • Illegal betting involving football officials • Conflicts of interest within referee and disciplinary structures • Money laundering and other financial irregularities connected to football • Any institutional failures that may have allowed such practices to continue We believe that the integrity of football must come before clubs, individuals and institutions. We respectfully call on UEFA to monitor the situation in Turkish football and, where appropriate, initiate or support an independent investigation. Football belongs to everyone.
