@GlobalCapital ran a piece on Friday on what we have built. Since the end of last week, any #AI agent can work on a regulated European bond platform.
They saw it live. 👇Read the full article: globalcapital.com/article/2g…

No platform UI unless you want one. Close to 7,000 variables and 35,000 business rules sit underneath, in the finance operome. The assistant asks the questions and writes the prose. It never decides what is true.
The rules sit in the operome and run deterministically, which is the only reason the output is reliable and signable. The assistant is interchangeable. The #operome is not.
Bond markets offer a structural alternative. Pricing set by investor competition, not one bank's capital formula.
We built fDesk for this. CSSF-regulated. SEDIP® framework. €600M+ processed. Weeks, not months.

Moody's: the output floor hits low-risk borrowers hardest. "Creditworthy unrated corporates" pay the highest price.
Countries most affected: Germany, Netherlands, Nordics. Exactly where mid-market companies depend most on bank lending.

Replying to @OliverWyman
@OliverWyman just dropped a report on European private credit.
The #data is damning.
Data centre securitization since 2018:
US: $63.6bn
EU: $0.8bn
Europe's #capitalmarkets pipes are badly clogged.
There is another approach.
Standardize the issuance infrastructure. Automate the documentation. Let mid-market companies and municipalities access bond markets in weeks, not months, at 90% lower cost.
That is what we built at @fdesk_tech
Europe does not need more intermediaries. It needs better pipes.

Europe just committed €800B to rearmament.
