Wow… @BCFerries you just blew me away. 6 hours on the Queen of Oak Bay while first responders dealt with the situation at Horseshoe Bay yesterday and I just received an email that you are giving me a refund. I never complained or expected this and I am gobsmacked. Thank you.
Thank you @BCFerries for all you did today. It was a beautiful sailing from Nanaimo and six hours later, we are finally docking in Horseshoe Bay. The crew did an amazing job on the Queen of Oak Bay. Sending good wishes to the man too. 💜

I still shudder thinking about the heat dome we lived through two years ago today. We had to put ice packs on the dog to try and cool him down (and thankfully he settled down when we did). A day like no other.
It is disheartening to see the greed in re-selling the latest #Translink DC compass cards. Pretty obvious these people are not super heroes. A sampling of what I spotted on FB marketplace. Meanwhile people like my niece cannot enjoy one of these. 😤
Breaking News: the tooth fairy delivers to adults too!! Unbeknownst to me yesterday, I asked for my two wisdom teeth after they were extracted. 🤣 They look so cool and it was a treat to find a 💵 under my pillow this morning. 🦷❤️
Happy to report my two wisdom tooth extracration went well this morning. I am happy and home recovery with love and aid from my hubby and dog. Can’t believe out of the 30 toys he owns he came to me with this one. ❤️
