BREAKING: THANK YOU! The Democratic National Committee hits Trump with a HUGE lawsuit to stop him from using your tax dollars to fund insane MAGA propaganda videos. This is EXACTLY what we were hoping for... “The Trump Administration is using taxpayer dollars to air political advertisements, a blatant violation of the statutory ban on the use of appropriations for ‘publicity or propaganda purposes.’ President Trump personally directed this illegal activity,” the DNC suit asserts. Trump recently ignited a massive scandal by funneling congressionally appropriated funds into a series of deranged ads designed to boost his party's messaging ahead of the midterm elections. One of the ads showed Trump waddling down a hallway as his voiceover rambled about defeating "communists, Marxists, and fascists" as well as "the warmongers” and “deep state.” The irony, of course, is that Trump is an unrepentant fascist who launched a pointless war of aggression against Iran. Even if he had funded the ads himself, they would have been unhinged and inappropriate. But his use of our tax dollars makes them downright illegal. “The Trump Administration’s illegal use of taxpayer dollars for campaign-style advertisements deprives the DNC of a fair electoral process by adding public funds to the resources available to support Republican candidates," the DNC suit reads. "The use of public funds also places the DNC and Democratic candidates at an electoral disadvantage, even though the publicly funded propaganda advertisements are deeply unpopular with American voters, by preserving funds held by campaign committees and PACs—including MAGA Inc.—for other political expenditures.” The lawsuit urges the court to enjoin the ads and block the White House from misappropriating further government funds to run them. “The propaganda ads marshal government resources in support of the President’s party in advance of the 2026 midterm election. This use of Congressional appropriations for partisan purposes violates the clear command of federal law. Fundamentally, the ads undermine free and fair elections,” the suit reads. This case should prove to be an easy victory for the DNC because the law is clearly on our side. If a Democratic President had used public money to boost our messaging, Fox News would be having an apocalyptic meltdown and Republicans would be screeching for impeachment. There is simply no justifying this kind of corruption. Not only must the court block these ads, but Democrats need to launch a criminal investigation once we retake power.
