Giving Natasha the Super Soldier Serum in the MCU would have ruined the exact thing that made her character iconic. In the comics, she mainly got the Soviet serum so writers could explain why a woman born in 1928 still looked 28 in the modern era. The MCU didn't need that excuse. The whole point of Natasha and Clint on the original Avengers roster was having two normal, unenhanced humans standing next to a Norse god, a gamma monster, a billionaire in a flying tank, and a WWII super-soldier. Watching her interrogate Loki, drop Hammer security guards, and survive the Battle of New York with nothing but Widow's Bites, martial arts, and sheer nerve hits way harder when you know one direct hit could actually kill her. Making her a super soldier turns her into just another enhanced brawler, keeping her human made her the most fearless member of the team. #Marvel #MCU

It’s true that they let Carrick down in terms of investment. However, that squad has no business winning just two out of 9 games so far. They’ve all regressed. It’s clearly a coaching problem, just like it was when we finished 15th. That squad also had no business finishing 15th.
