Sometimes life is hard and complex. That's why it's great to have amazing friends. I love my friends, and I'm so grateful for people in my world who can speak truth and bring joy.
My boss just surprised us and texted his team that he'd be hand delivering gifts to us. Very sweet gesture that is just as kind as the hand written notes of his appreciation. Gives me a little more encouragement as I know the mountain of work that awaits me tomorrow.
So sad as I read about Chadwick Boseman passing, children thankfully being recovered but who were taken in apparent sex trafficking, more injustice, more murders, more riots, more division. Just sad.😔
