What I do think is very naughty, is the way these 'changes' to SEND are being 'drip fed' to the public. Leaked piecemeal. No transparency. The solution to the problem is not to remove what is a very clear legal system, but to force LAs to comply with the system already in place.

I welcomed experts to Parliament tonight to bust myths on the cuts to disability benefits. MPs are being told changes to employment support will offset any harm. This is a false equivalency - these are the biggest cuts since George Osborne. I will vote against these cuts.

The reality is that you and your party were elected on a list of lies. All Labour cares about is their core vote of union members - doctors already planning fresh strikes because Starmer gave them what they wanted last year. Train drivers will be next, no doubt!

Freezing pensions for overseas pensioners has pushed 500,000 into financial insecurity. The Government must act to support pensioners, WASPI women and disabled people. We need to rethink welfare and pensions to ensure a decent standard of living for all.

Recent election results must be a wake-up call. Winter fuel cuts, two-child cap, WASPI injustice and slashing disability support is not the change people voted for. More of the same won't cut it. We need a new path based on fairness, social justice and dignity for all.
