When the clocks went back this weekend, millions of women across the UK once again saw their world get smaller as the nights got darker.
Safety concerns affect where they go, when they go, who they go with and whether they can be active outdoors at all.
If you would like to run with us and see what being part of a club is all about, please join us at 18:50 at Fareham Leisure Centre. Come ready to light up the dark in hi-viz and lights.

FRC now runs 3️⃣ times per week! Each Wednesday our recovery runs start from a different area locally, to help mix up the routes and to explore new parts of Fareham.

Whether you're newer to running or simply looking to experience what's it like to run with a club - if you can already run 5K, please join us from 18:50 outside Fareham Leisure Centre, for a 19:00 start. You'll be given the friendliest of welcomes!
