大家有没有注意到，好像 GPT 5.6 的发布可能又推迟了。 之前说的是 7 月 7 号，现在 7 月 7 号的概率也下来了，现在大概率可能是变成 7 月 9 号了。 不过这个也能说的清楚，7 月 9 号不是星期四吗？一般 Codex 的大发布都在星期四。 早知道我这两天先把 ChatGPT 的订阅取消了，因为最近它一直没有发布新模型，我又在疯狂用 Fable5，就导致我的 ChatGPT 20 次的额度几乎没怎么用。 昨天想起来取消的时候，发现它已经开始扣费了

Fable 5 will only be included for up to 50% of your weekly usage limits 😶 And it’s only available on plans for 6 days before being removed on July 7, then it becomes credits-only..

对了，推荐大家都攒着 Claude 额度一点，等到 fable 5 开通了就可以用 不过 Sonnet 5 好像是单独额度的吧？这个可以单独使用。不过这个好像我记得好像也占用 Claude 的额度？ 具体细节记不清了

fable 5 已经解除访问限制了，明天可以恢复访问 现在还不确定需不需要 KYC 另外明天应该是美西时间吧，那就是我们的 6 个小时以后嘛？ 还是需要等到他们的上午九点上班时间？ 如果是他们的上班时间，那么就应该是我们的晚上 7 点吧？

最近和 ChatGPT 聊出来一个特别有意思的玩法。 以前一直觉得定时任务就是提醒一下、或者每天发个新闻。 后来我们一点一点把它改成了另外一个东西。 每天自动生成一份日报。 每周生成一份周报。 每个月生成一份月报。 年底还有一份年度认知报告。 但记录的不是今天聊了什么，而是： 今天有哪些新的认知？ 哪些观点发生了变化？ 哪些判断已经被验证了？ 哪些问题还值得继续研究？ 甚至还准备让它每次先生成一张 Dashboard 风格的信息图，30 秒就能看完整个日报，下面再放完整文字版。 我越做越觉得，它已经不像一个聊天机器人了。 更像是一直陪着你思考、帮你记录认知变化的第二大脑。 感觉这个玩法还有很多可以继续做的地方。 不知道大家还有没有什么更有意思的想法？

以后加州的 VPN 需求应该会暴涨吧 只用花 100 美金就可以享受 20X 不过按照现在 anthropic 的状态，估计还得要加州的 KYC 大家还要准备加州的 ID 了 最近如果有机会我觉得倒是可以去加州考一个驾照去

现在看了一下，无论是 GPT 还是 Claude 都在涨价。其实我觉得以后我们可能也不需要去研究这些低价区了，因为它们都是临时性的。 反而这些低价区临时开的账号，还有可能受到苹果或其他平台的限制，而且退款起来也稍微会麻烦一点。我最近被封了两次，都是用美卡支付的，都是秒退款。

Actually, I saw today that Codex reset everything due to abnormal token usage. I checked with @thsottiaux and they said they didn't notice any issues either, but they still decided to reset everything. I think there's still a bit of a "black box" around how much people are actually using Codex and Claude Code right now. Although there are some plugins like Codex Bar that can help identify some of this, it still doesn't seem as comprehensive as what the official tools offer. So I think the official team could actually display daily token usage, along with details like how much memory was consumed and how many cache hits there were, in the form of charts. That way people could more easily see if recent token usage is abnormal, where the issues are coming from, and if there's any room for improvement through settings. I think that would be a really good solution, don't you?
