I am a big fan of Kim's style. and I have a SKIMS addiction is out of control. I recreated her Sunday Times shoot. Swipe for the Original.
Most importantly, I was playing around to do it the old school way.
My big boi NikonUSA ZR (RED cinema camera) my basement photo studio, and Adobe lightroom for some lighting edits.
No Ai assist clothes swap, or anything like that. Although that stuff is cool, I genuinely adore a good ole school photoshoot. Besides, tattoos almost always get botched in AI edits.
Self shoots are always harder btw. I can't stand the timer so I just film the whole thing and screenshot my favorite frames after. It works way better for me. Especially with how beautiful the ZR is with film.
I also dunno how to do makeup so ya'll gone get this "bare, liner, gloss, and mascara" face, lol.
Anyway...shout out to the creatives that love new innovation but still can tap dat the ole school way.
