While some e s p o r t s happened during my Twitter absence, it all happened regardless of whether I was here. I'm also better off without Twitter so I'm signing off permanently.

Cheers friends
For my birthday, I'm ditching my phone and computer for a week. I'm also gonna get off Twitter for thirty days to see if my account actually gets deactivated. Here's hoping.

Riot gave each team $3 million this year to operate in LCS + NACL, but only 3 could afford to spend 15-20% of that to promote the future of NACL? Shame on Riot for letting teams get away with it and shame on every team that pocketed the future of the league.
These LCS teams backed by multi-BILLION dollar companies claiming they can't afford an NACL roster is just so rich. The reality is that the owners of these teams don't actually care about League. And their apathy is going to bring about the LCS's demise unless reversed.

Add @Immortals to the list of teams abandoning the NACL. Riot there is still time to reverse this mistake and restore the future of the LCS.
@100Thieves @Cloud9 @dignitas @EvilGeniuses @FlyQuest @GoldenGuardians @NRGgg @TeamLiquid Will any of you commit to staying in the NACL?
On Friday, @TSM dropped their NACL team immediately after Riot’s decision. They didn’t so much as bother to face the community and announce the end of their NACL program publicly. Riot is bending over backwards for the wrong people. Players and fans deserve better than this.

Received an email yesterday from someone representing an esports player raising concerns with an esports team contract. Turns out the esports team had taken a template I'd edited for one of MY clients and reused it, including where I'd put my name in the notice copy section...
France is a great example that rioting actually can get you lots of nice things. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
VC pitches in 50 years: I know you've been hearing about this constantly, but I want to talk to you about our unique approach to subsistence farming.

Let it be know that the #wga proposed: "Regulate use of artificial intelligence on MBA- covered projects: AI can’t write or rewrite literary material; can’t be used as source material; and MBA-covered material can’t be used to train AI." and the studios rejected the proposal.
