this is very very obscure but i’ll never shut up about the lost media that is The Life and Death of Marina Abramović, a play starring William Dafoe, Marina, Antoni, which Gaga saw and inspired her to partner with Marina and Robert Wilson (who directed the play) for ARTPOP.

...I was excited to write a sequel to that film. To bring back Costas and Synnove (who I think was a GREAT villain), and Tobin and Shawnee. Who knows if any of that will ever happen. But I'm IN LOVE with Saw. I got my ass handed to me for trying to "re-invent" the franchise...
