According to Neuroscience, the way that you start seeing opportunity everywhere is by telling yourself exactly what you want, then writing it down every single day. This is because your brain has a filter called the reticular activating system (RAS). if you tell yourself you own a red Ferrari, then you start seeing red Ferraris everywhere. Not because there are more on the road but instead because your brain understands it's important now, so it points them out. The opportunity was always there. I would just write down my goals every time I woke up, and then every time I would go to bed. I would just have one of those legal pads right next to my bed, and I would write down the 15 goals or so that I had. The trick is you want to write them as present tense.
