I started a new Solidity multisig project, few things are different from classical multisig contracts :
- Membership is elastic, a contract may scale from 2 to 500+ members (people can vote to welcome new members or kick existing members out). [...]

- You submit a batch of votes, operations are executed when 66.6%+ of the members have submitted the exact same batch of votes, 100 operations may be executed in a single transaction.
- It is recursive, multisig A may be a member and emit votes into multisig B.[...]
