it’s quite incredible just how many people call us Sheffield - even in the uk. about 90% of the rest of the world have been calling us Sheffield since 2019. i think the ‘massive’ would be shocked to learn how few people in world football know that they even exist.

Interesting that this took so long. Certainly an upgrade on Pedersen, and probably the right choice.
I think this needs to work though, a lot of this new ownerships hierarchy and structure was built knowing Challinor would probably be coming in at some point.

Sheffield Wednesday Football Club can confirm that an agreement was reached last night for Dave Challinor to become the club's new First-Team Manager.
The 51-year-old will be in attendance at today's fixture against Blackpool at Hillsborough.
The club looks forward to formally introducing Dave to supporters on Monday, when further details of the appointment will be announced.
