GE have confirmed not only are they out of VALORANT, they are out of esports entirely. All players have been released and GE will no longer host competitive rosters in any esport. Interestingly, the org's CEO, Dr. Rushindra Sinha has announced a pivot to an AI studio.

before reacting to the partnered teams news can we please digest the fact that the rosters they had in the 2026 season are definitely going to be different in 2027 so it’s unfair to judge the partnerships based on previous rosters’ performances 😭

i think part of the reason why G/E received the respect that they did is bc of the HUMAN resilience they showed. even as a non-fan, i respected the zero to hero grind sad that theyve decided to invest on AI instead of the humans that helped them get recognition 🫠
