i feel like a lot of problems about deltarune can be like disregarded if people just remembered that we're watching characters, through the eyes of an outlier. quite fucking literally.
we control kris as a separate thing entirely, well that can be separated. we're not gonna see
we're an outsider, we're not gonna know things unless one of the characters mentions it, or lets us know directly, but to do that, they gotta know we exist. otherwise people are just talking to kris or around kris (unless you're ralsei)

i think carol is a caring mom who tries her best. shes a bit cold and rough around the edges, but christmas is a big family oriented holiday, shes jolly deep down. shes strict to noelle because she wants good things for her, to be the one stable thing in her ever so changing life
