I’m officially reassessing my long-term $KAS target.
I used to believe $1 Kaspa by 2029 was realistic.
I now believe $5 by 2029 is possible.
Why?
Because my original thesis underestimated what Kaspa could become.
• Proof-of-Work security
• Nakamoto-style consensus without Bitcoin’s one-block-at-a-time limitation
• BlockDAG architecture built from years of academic research
• 10 BPS today, with the architecture designed to push further
• Fair launch — no ICO, no VC allocation
• Smart-contract programmability being built around vProgs
• A fixed maximum supply of ~28.7B KAS
• And an ecosystem that is still remarkably small relative to the technology underneath it
At $5, Kaspa would be roughly a $140B asset at maximum supply.
That is an enormous valuation. It would require substantial adoption, liquidity, infrastructure and demand. I’m not pretending otherwise.
But here’s what changed for me:
I’m no longer asking, “Can Kaspa become a successful altcoin?”
I’m asking:
What happens if the market eventually recognizes Kaspa as a serious evolution of Proof-of-Work itself?
If that thesis plays out, $1 may not be the destination.
It may just be the milestone.
My new 2029 target: $5 $KAS.
Screenshot it. We’ll find out. 🚀
ethereum:0xb50721bcf8d664c30412cfbc6cf7a15145234ad1 looks forgotten… but the chart is starting to wake up. 👀🚀
• Long period of accumulation
• Major resistance zone around $0.12–$0.15 has been reclaimed
• Strong breakout momentum
• Price is now trading well above the breakout zone
• If momentum continues, $0.25–$0.35 becomes an area to watch
Sometimes the coins everyone forgets are the ones that suddenly move.
Don’t chase. Watch the price action.

🚨 One lesson every trader/investor should remember:
Don’t fall in love with fundamentals.
Fundamentals can change.
Management can change.
Guidance can change.
Competition can change.
Debt can increase.
But PRICE is the final vote of the market. 📊
Sometimes the market starts repricing a company before the reason becomes obvious to everyone.
Look at some examples 👇
🇺🇸 US
📉 Intel — once a dominant semiconductor giant, but competitive and execution problems changed the market's view.
📉 PayPal — once a Wall Street favorite, but slowing growth and changing expectations led to a major repricing.
📉 Zoom — pandemic-era growth expectations were enormous; as growth normalized, the stock fell dramatically from its peak.
📉 Boeing — a legendary company, but operational, regulatory and execution problems severely damaged investor confidence.
The lesson isn't “ignore fundamentals.”
👉 Fundamentals tell you WHAT the business is.
👉 Price action tells you WHAT the market is pricing in.
A great company can be a terrible investment at the wrong price.
And a great story can become an expensive trap.
Respect the chart.
The market doesn't care about your narrative. 🧠📈

🚨 kaspa:native Update
As I mentioned earlier, kaspa:native is facing strong rejection in the $0.038–$0.040 zone. 📉
The chart still needs time to prove whether this is just a temporary pullback or the start of a deeper correction.
I’m not rushing the entry here. Patience is key. ⏳
Kaspa has strong fundamentals and an interesting long-term thesis, but remember:
Fundamentals tell the story. Price action tells you when to act. 👀
Let the market confirm before taking the next move.

🚨 BTC ALERT
BTC is forming a potential double top right at a major resistance zone around $78K–$80K.
If this rejection confirms, we could see a bigger pullback from here. 📉
With macro/news events also capable of adding volatility, I’d stay cautious—especially if you’re a new investor.
Don’t FOMO into resistance.
Protect your capital. Wait for confirmation. 🧠
BTC can go higher—but risk management comes first.

Kaspa SilverScript v1 is basically a high-level programming language for writing smart-contract-like spending rules (covenants) directly on Kaspa L1.
But there is an important difference: Kaspa's model is UTXO/covenant-based, rather than Ethereum's account-based smart contracts. Kaspa's Toccata upgrade brought this programmability to mainnet on June 30, 2026.
🔥 What does SilverScript actually do?
Normally, creating complex Kaspa Script rules requires writing low-level opcodes, which can become very difficult to maintain.
SilverScript lets developers write something much more readable, then the compiler converts it into native Kaspa Script bytecode.
For example, you can create rules such as:
🔐 Multi-signature wallets
🏦 Treasury/vaults
🤝 Escrow
⏰ Time-locked funds
🪙 Token/asset logic
🔄 Stateful UTXOs
💰 More sophisticated DeFi mechanisms
🧠 Potential ZK-related constructions
Before this programmability stack, Kaspa was primarily known for its extremely fast PoW BlockDAG and payments. With Toccata + SilverScript, developers can build programmable financial logic directly at Layer 1.
So the potential progression is:
Kaspa PoW → Fast transactions → Toccata → Covenants → SilverScript → Tokens/DeFi/financial applications

🚨 $ZEC — DON'T CHASE THIS CANDLE!
Zcash has gone vertical 📈🔥
We’ve seen a massive breakout from the consolidation/triangle, followed by some serious price expansion.
But here’s my take 👇
$ZEC is already stretched in the short term.
After moves like this, I’d rather see:
🔹 A proper pullback
🔹 Retest of the breakout zone
🔹 Lower volatility / consolidation
🔹 Buyers step in and defend support
🔹 Then another continuation setup
Remember: FOMO buys the top. Patience buys the opportunity. 😎
I’m not saying $ZEC is bearish.
I’m saying I don't want to chase a vertical candle.
Let the market come to us. 🎯
Pullback → Confirmation → Entry.
Not financial advice. DYOR.

A reality check for everyone thinking about buying bitcoin:native 👇
If you’re entering Bitcoin today, don’t expect the kind of returns early BTC investors experienced.
Even if BTC eventually reaches $1M, the return from today’s price would be a multiple—not a guaranteed 5X or 10X. And there’s no guarantee BTC will reach $1M or that it will happen within 5 years.
For someone with a 10–20 year horizon, Bitcoin could still potentially play a role in long-term wealth building—but the key word is potentially. Volatility and major drawdowns are part of the game.
Here’s the bigger issue:
💰 For someone investing $100,000, even a 20% gain = $20,000.
💵 For someone investing $1,000, a 20% gain = only $200.
So the same percentage return can have a very different impact depending on how much capital you start with.
That’s why I believe the goal shouldn’t be getting rich overnight with BTC.
Think long term. Invest responsibly. Manage risk. And only invest money you can afford to hold through the volatility.
Bitcoin may still create wealth—but patience, capital, and risk management matter.

Replying to @binance
@binance,
Thanks for including me in the top 100 blockchain people list, appreciate the signal!
I must decline the Dubai invite though. I do not wish to disrespect, but many of the award voters are avid kaspians who rooted for my kaspa status at least as much as for my research. Let them win or count me out.
Crypto has turned from a euphoric cypherpunk project to a house-friendly casino. You may not be the culprit, but as a top player you hold the lion’s share of the responsibility to correct this, and the October crash your USDe oracle glitch helped trigger adds to what needs to be addressed.
There are three classes of crypto, as @mert put it recently: commercial crypto, casino crypto, cypherpunk crypto. <> A TBTF CEX should know better and play a different game with hardcore crypto projects.
When binance lists a green frog three weeks post its “launch” but skips a fair-launched-Nakamoto-Consensus-100ms-upgrade-ATH-top-20-the-only-nonbitcoin-marathon-mined project, this is not merely binance rationally calculating; it is also binance molding the market in a way that is alas misaligned with the roots of the movement.
You may feel that kaspa’s sovereign money thesis is boring – that bitcoin is already money and that implementing an internet-speed bitcoin is useless - fine. Wrong but fine. But what’s the thesis for the green frog?
Money is a classic chicken-and-egg product. It is a scam up until one moment before tipping point, “most of the value comes from the value that others place in it.” Considering your resources and influence, I think it's safe to say you can serve as both the egg and the chicken and make it worth your while to push sound attempts towards tipping point.
@cz_binance tweeted recently that “strong projects will be listed.” But binance is part of what defines "strong", it bears responsibility for the market’s compass and impulse and definition of strong. It is not a read-only entity.
Binance listing fees are legit, they are just unfit for category cypherpunk. Kaspa devs and early supporters fairly mined less than half what satoshi and hals mined. We don’t have a 20% ZEC-style founders’ reward or protocol-enforced dev fund; this is not a jab at ZEC and the wonderful @Zooko, who was crashing in my car on a late Thursday back in the low ZEC MC days – if somebody deserves to win it is zooko – but assuming binance is not taking a maxi bet, it should revisit its relationship with hardcore crypto.
We are here through bull and bear, ICOs NFTs XYZs; and we are the source of confidence that restores faith and capital inflow post meme-induced or CEX-induced crashes.
Please fix this.
Thanks again,
hashdag

Argent may end up being one of the most consequential pieces of Kaspa’s post-Toccata architecture because it turns covenants from isolated programmable UTXOs into something much closer to a coherent application system. Instead of developers manually managing script templates, covenant IDs, witness construction, output ordering, state serialization and route commitments, Argent lets them describe applications as networks of actors that own state and transition through transactions. The compiler then lowers those relationships into auditable SilverScript and produces portable artifacts that argent-runtime can use to construct the actual transactions. In effect, Argent is trying to make the application graph itself programmable rather than forcing developers to reason directly about covenant plumbing.
The larger implication is composability. Argent’s Inter-Covenant Communication allows independently compiled covenant applications to participate in the same atomic transaction. Closed ICC can deliberately bind one application to another known protocol, while Open ICC introduces something much more powerful: applications can interact with independently created actors that satisfy an expected state or interface shape without hard-coding every possible implementation beforehand. That begins to resemble dynamic application composition, except there is no shared VM executing arbitrary calls. Every covenant remains sovereign over its own state and verifies its own transition, while the transaction provides atomic coordination between them.
That architecture fits Kaspa unusually well. Instead of concentrating application state inside globally shared contracts, state can remain fragmented across independent UTXOs that only coordinate when necessary. This creates the possibility of applications composed from many parallel state machines: assets, markets, escrows, games, autonomous agents, authorization systems and other protocols interacting without everything funneling through one global execution bottleneck.
If Argent matures, Kaspa could end up with something fundamentally different from conventional smart-contract platforms: not one giant shared computer, but a high-speed Proof-of-Work network coordinating enormous numbers of independently owned pieces of state that can compose atomically when required. The major caveat is that Argent is still pre-release and requires substantial auditing and hardening. But architecturally, it may be the layer that turns Toccata’s primitives into an actual application ecosystem.

$KAS looks interesting.
I wonder if the 3 month demand had enough fuel to ignite a HTF turnaround.
Bullish ChoCh on the daily.
Logically a rejection from 4ct 1D OB could be on, but given current posture upside continuation after this looks likely.
Personally started buying below 3ct, reference attached.

Was geht denn bei $KAS ab? 🚀
1️⃣ Toccata ist seit Ende Juni 2026 live.
Das Upgrade brachte Covenants auf Kaspa L1, also Kaspas eigene Variante von Smart Contracts:
🟢über 15K Covenant-Transaktionen pro Tag
⬆️+1.322 % gegenüber dem Vormonat
2️⃣ KuCoin-Adoption mit Kampagne
Seit 25.
August eröffnete Kaspa im GitHub den Arbeitspunkt „Launch and operate the public testnet“. DAGKnight läuft noch nicht im Mainnet.
Weitere Entwicklungen laufen im Bereich DeFi (Igra z.B.), aber ich glaube, das würde hier zu weit führen. Gern ein andermal😅

INSIGHTS⚡️ Toccata put covenants and zero-knowledge verification on Kaspa’s Layer-1 rather than leaving them on a roadmap.
That changes what developers can enforce in a transaction itself. In our assessment, native programmability is the first serious attempt to make Kaspa more than a high-speed payments DAG.
A fast ledger without logic stays a transfer network. kaspa:native @kaspaunchained 🔐🛠️

.@adam3us said DAGs were “too complex and doesn’t really add much... better to scale at higher layers”.

INSIGHTS⚡️ Kaspa’s BlockDAG still does the thing most proof-of-work chains cannot: high block frequency without collapsing into a single slow chain.
Speed at the base layer is the original thesis. We view that throughput as proven; the open question is what gets built on it now that programmability is live.
