Weekend book recommendation Why we sleep by Matthew Walker @sleepdiplomat . Amazing book. I used to perceive see sleep as an unnecessary waste of time, but this book changed my perspective on why sleep is still not the most understood area in science.

3/ That will also mean that it would help in hiking the GDP by 1.4% per annum and 70% of it would be coming from women participation. But wait there is much more to uncover!
