President Trump is moving to cancel $810 million in previously approved federal spending — and once you see where much of it was headed, you’ll understand why this story caught my attention.
According to the White House:
💰 $567 MILLION — Services for refugees, asylees and other noncitizens
💰 $70 MILLION — International education programs
💰 $56 MILLION — Housing counseling
💰 $28 MILLION — HHS research programs targeted by the administration
💰 $25 MILLION — Migrant-student education
💰 $15 MILLION — Migrant/noncitizen case-management services
💰 $15 MILLION — DOJ Community Relations Service
💰 $10 MILLION — Additional immigration-related programs
💰 $10 MILLION — Minority Business Development programs
💰 $9 MILLION — Foreign debt relief tied to forests and coral reefs
💰 $5 MILLION — Office of Minority Health programs
The White House also highlighted grants associated with these accounts that included pet, horticulture and music therapy for migrant children, research involving transgender care, and a Health Equity Leadership Development Initiative.
Meanwhile, millions of American families are watching every penny just trying to pay for groceries, housing, electricity and insurance.
Whether you support these programs or not, Americans should know exactly where their tax dollars are going.

This should have been done long ago. So sick of Congress acting like they rule over us! They work for us but have managed to conveniently forget this!!
President Trump is asking everyone to share this, in three days, most people in the United States will have seen the message. This is an idea that should be passed around, regardless of political party.
The TRUMP Rules:
1. Tenure / No Pension. A Congressman/woman collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when they're out of office. And no more perks go with them.
2. Congress (past, present, & future) participates in Social Security. All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system, and Congress participates with the American people. It may not be used for any other purpose.
3. Congress must purchase their own retirement plan, just as ALL Americans do.
4. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise at the same rate as the COLA for monthly Social Security recipients minus 1% if having a budget balance deficit.
5. Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the same health care system (Medicare) as the American people.
6. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people (i.e. NO MORE INSIDER TRADING!!!).
7. All contracts with past and present Congressmen/women are void. The American people did not make this contract with Congressmen/women. Congress made all these contracts by and for themselves.
Serving in Congress is an honor and privilege, NOT a career.
The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators should serve their term(s), then go home and go back to work … not get all kinds of freebies. Term limits of 2 terms and treat them like a regular citizen.
